Hotness Delusion Syndrome (noun) / haht ness del loo zhun sin drohme/ - The state of believing you're sexier than you actually are. Generally caused when the male-female ratio skews in your favor so you get more attention than normal.

At the moment single middle-aged men are going through an epidemic of Hotness Delusion Syndrome because there are about 15% more single females in their 40s than males... So... No Casanova... It's probably NOT because you are getting more handsome...
